Fire & Intruder Alarm Maintenance

Davenheath-OTS provides a full maintenance service for Fire and Intruder Alarm systems and is always striving to provide an efficient and friendly service.   Services can be provided either on a contracted or non-contracted basis although non-contracted services will only be offered on a 'best-efforts' basis.  Contracted customers will benefit from a full 24/7 service with 4 hour rapid response.

As a NACOSS-regulated company Davenheath-OTS is inspected twice a year against its quality assurance both in terms of service and product usage.

Commercial contracts

Davenheath-OTS will provide a bespoke quotation for maintenance of any system it installs and will be pleased to provide a competitive quotation (subject to formal survey) for systems installed previously and now requiring a maintenance contract.

Domestic/residential contracts

In order to give our residential customers peace of mind we offer a £15 annual contract that guarantees we will provide a prompt response to any call out and also ensures that any such call outs benefit from discounted rates, for example, in the case of a customer calling us out on a normal working day:

•     a contracted customer would pay just £49.44 for the call-out and first half hour on site,
•     a non-contracted customer would pay £120.

Other charges are similarly attractive with a full service costing just £45 contracted against £105 non-contracted.
