•     how your staff, visitors and/or goods are expected to move around the building(s);

•     what types of access are appropriate to different categories of staff and visitor;
•     staff turnover and any security-related checks undertaken; and
•     anticipated organisational changes in the near- to mid-future.

Based on this understanding Davenheath-OTS will provide a recommended system design identifying what controls ought to be put in place and where they should be sited.  Every system solution will have clearly defined management roles and responsibilities and will ensure that customers are able to manage their business in a secure and responsible manner.  A solution will typically comprise of readers, intelligent door controllers and suitable software to run them, or more simply a keypad and a door controller.  More sophisticated solutions might even extend to include recent technology developments such as biometric scanning or RFID (radio frequency identification) systems.

Solutions can also be integrated with Fire Detection and Prevention Systems.

Once installed, of course, Davenheath OTS can then also ensure that the system continues to meet its objectives through its' after sales services which include:

•     24-hour emergency response;
•     routine inspections at intervals agreed with you; and
•     24-hour monitoring.
