FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE New Managing DirectorAlan Dadley succeeds Tony Floyd27th March 2007 -- Davenheath-OTS is delighted to announce that Alan Dadley has been appointed to the role of Managing Director with immediate effect. The company's Chairman, Tony Floyd, had previously undertaken a dual role but is now stepping back from the day-to-day operation of the company. Tony does remain in post as Chairman and intends to remain active working closely with Alan. Tony Floyd, on announcing this change of structure, commented "The timing is right both for Alan to take on a wider role and for me to step back a little. Alan has 33 years experience under his belt in the intruder and fire alarm industry, eight of them working with me in Davenheath-OTS, and is absolutely the right man to lead the company forward into this ever changing market of ours." In particular I am highly conscious of the increased dependence we have, with Electronic Security systems, on new technology that is based on mainstream IT and Internet technologies that are not themselves known for seamless security.
