Davenheath-OTS is a limited company, specialising in security and fire engineering, which was founded in 1983. The company operates from premises at Unit 3, Kingfisher House, Trinity Business Park, Trinity Way, Chingford, London E4 8TD.

From its inception, the company has always directed its efforts into providing a sound professional service whilst retaining the personal touch with each client. Our client base ranges from domestic premises and small businesses through to large multinational PLC groups.

Davenheath-OTS security division specialises in the design, installation and maintenance of: all types of Intruder Alarm systems, access control systems and CCTV systems. Davenheath-OTS fire protection division specialises in the design, installation and maintenance of: all types of fire alarm systems, emergency light equipment, fire fighting equipment e.g. extinguishers We incorporate the latest technology from small to large complex systems.

The company’s policy is to provide a first-class service for its customers using reliable and competitively priced equipment entirely to British Standard and current European legislation. We are fully approved members of both the National Security Inspectorate and Electrical Contractors Association and all employees are subject to vetting in accordance with BS7858:2004 (the code of practice for screening personnel employed in a security environment).

Davenheath-OTS offers a 24-hour manned maintenance service and backup service. We hold substantial stock of new and used equipment to enable us to offer our clients a rapid emergency service.
